The history of JUUL. JUUL’s first capital raise was in 2007. The initial raise was for $3MM with many other capital raises along the way. 2015 was when JUUL’S popularity took off, peaking in  2018. It took JUUL from 2007 to 2015 to gain traction. IMO TAAT will reach success much quicker, where 2023 will be TAAT’S watershed year!

Cigarette maker Altria's $13 billion investment in the troubled vaping company Juul has gone up in smoke—now worth less than 5% of its original value as U.S. regulators move to ban its e-cigarettes.

The JUUL e- cigarette, with a nicotine content of 59mg/ml, was first launched nationally in the US in 2015, and experienced an explosive growth from September 2017. Nielsen data show that JUUL grew from holding 32% of the US e-cigarette market in late 2017 to 70% by July 2018.

TAAT can experience similar growth. TAAT is a more disruptive technology with better price points and more options. In my opinion TAAT can exceed JUUL'S success. TAAT'S leadership team has established history and relationships with Altria and Phillip Morris!

JUUL is in serious financial trouble due to the ban on flavored nicotine tobacco and vape products. The political fallout has led to the ban of such products in many states and municipalities, most notably is California’s ban. This will lead to similar bans in other states. TAAT on the other hand, does not face such regulations and headwinds.
Well said, and I couldn't agree more, not only does TAAT have a more similar product to a traditional cigarette than anyone on the market, but TAAT has public opinion and government regulations that are favoring the company!

The new or revised website will answer a lot of questions, and so will financials, but keep in mind TAAT was launched in the middle of a unknown virus that swept across the world!

There can be no doubt, TAAT had problems switching over to the RECON formulation, but the adjustments have been made, and TAAT's base material can now run on any standard tobacco machinery worldwide, UNLIKE any existing competitor!

Getting the formula right for high speed production worldwide is a massive advantage, and I suspect a overseas deal for manufacturing has already been decided!

Just something to consider, TAAT had supply chain issues and that may have had a bigger impact on sales! Heck, for that matter, TAAT's rolling manufacturer may have had a manufacturing supply chain problem, or may have even shut down due to Covid.

Very young company, in a industry that they have created, lots more to this story$ Tonight may be a ideal time for solid news, even if its just for next Thursdays Earnings Call!!

Two games penalty shootout !!! What an epic day in the world cup. Looking forward to next week Thursday folks. Cheers all.

In a sense of what the reaction is.
