Playing the Arbitrage game with 2TP

Playing the Arbitrage game with 2TP I sometimes get the feeling that our German penny traders are playing the arbitrage between the German mark, Canadian and US dollar as I see them run the SP up and down at the end of the trading day. Just an observation.
