Thanks for giving us the information, that the
"ORDER DENYING MOTION OF PBR FOR RELIEF FROM THE AUTOMATIC STAY TO COMMENCE LITIGATION AGAINST DEBTOR’S PARENT COMPANY (= Taat Global) just got denied by the judge!
As everyone can read, "IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Motion is denied for
the reasons stated on the record at the Oral Ruling."
If you still do not unterstand, the judge ordered IN FAVOUR of Taat and against PBR!
