"Across the US" is misleading
...the TAAT™ e-commerce portal will launch and allow smokers aged 21+ in eligible 1 U.S. states to purchase TAAT...
It doesn't say which states are eligible, but I think it's less than half.

It's smart to be honest. Keeps supply and demand under control and they did it by regulations, some states aren't as easy to sell in initially without jumping through some hoops.

It's a hand full of states which Taat won't be available in. Between 5 and 12. i don't feel mislead in anyway, most investors know that cbd /hemp is still not legal by state law in 5 or so states. Taat will be available is 38 at the very minimum and 45 at the most.
