The examiner is clearly 100% wrong and TAAT's patent lawyer has shown exactly where the examiner made their mistakes. I think even a layperson can see this. I doubt the examiner will double down but if so then TAAT takes it to Patent Office Court of appeals to have them adjudicate it.

Ask yourself this: Why is TAAT intent on getting it's patent? I will comment on this further once TAAT has it's patent in hand. Hint: The answer will become obvious after the patent is granted.

Sounds relevant and QUITE the path forward for TAAT to get their patent! Just a matter of time! Love it! TAAT continues to move forward!
