See link below. According to the last financial report ADCO has a fair value of ONLY 5,077,193 WHY THEY PAY NEARLY 4 MILLION MORE AS THE "FAIR VALUE". THE FAIR VALUE IS SUBJECTIVE!!!!!
Intangible value and good will are over 2,8 million. That means the "real value" is maybe 1 to 1.5 million!!!!
