What are they going to merge ? Taat has 7.7 million in current debt, plus they lost 118 million so far. Taat market cap is slightly over twice their current liablities. A merger ? Dont think so.  Taat has nothing to offer. 95% of revs from ADCO and with only a 5% gross margin at the best of times. No patent, little monies, bankrucy of taat intl, countless failures by mgmt. Taat has nothing to offer another company. Taat is a small time distribution company with delusions of grandeur regarding cigs etc keeping the company afloat. Without ADCO, taat would be delisted by now. Fact !

@poolman, PBR was put under a gag order by TAAT's lawyers going forward in the TAAT International LLC Chapter 11 V case. More coming up Aug.8.2023, hopefully final resolution of TAAT International LLC reorganization Plan. It should be noted that TAAT International LLC would have to divulge some of their future endeavors to the Court, as such PBR would be privy to this info, therefore the gag

Your original post was from June, and this post is from July 15 So, can you show us any proof of any merger or buyout as nobody has heard  anything, except you claiming this. Malibu333, you seem to forget "somebody" paid TAAT almost $1 million to use TAAT's TM's. It's in the financials.
