The Company's board of directors has appointed Reliant CPA PC ("Reliant") as its successor auditor.

Who cares? All it means is that they went with a different auditor, nothing more. They can't pay for a large firm to represent them since they are running out of cash and probably got some sucker to take stock for his services. Borges is probably thrilled to not have to deal with this dumpster fire.
