I think the story here could develop into something very interesting. Due to the risk off environment and difficuty if not impossibilty of getting funds the penny stocks are being completely ignored.
However, if that stone they found was just 0.1 to 0.2 MM bigger then that would have been considered an economic diamond. Which finding one in such a small sample would have been something truly incredible. But again due to the current market it is going to take discoveries not hype to move this.
But you're right about these penny stocks. With any spectactular news, that should bring big volume and funds into Talmora and Olivut. Which could send these stocks soaring from these levels.
