Says ON OR ABOUT or such other date as the company and echelon may agree. Literally written right in the report... You may not like this company but can atleast not manipulate what's written. It would be stupid to close on American thanksgiving week as alot of Americans have the week or time off.  Volume will be better following next week. Take it easy.
