Financing Will Not Close any time soon!!!

Unfortunately, this financing is experiencing difficlty in closing in its entirety with its .30 cents price...TCF may announce partial raise and / or a reduction in price to encourage support and closing..
or may not even close at all... and CEO MAY just cancel finacing for the time being..New Institutional investors...will need more clarity on those SASB 3 problem wells before committing and participating in this financing. Then there are GEO-Polical concerns with Turkey and the very large CAP-X $$ required for continued drilling on those SASB gas assets and the on-shore OIL exploration earn-in..To much uncertainty for any wise and accredited investor to come into this highly speculative play at this time.. CEO would have been well advised to disclose an up-date on those SASB problem wells before announcing this deal....
As many have an opportunistic view with its current share price value... , one also must be honest with themselves and with others merely not just saying its reached bottom now..and the fiancing is a sure thing in closing...so its a buying opportunity..
I respect your positive atitude, but others like myself feel, this share price will go much lower, before it goes up again...even if it closes this finacing as announced....Just my opinion...as your opinion as been noted and welcomed as well...Like I had indicated , those that have decided to sell, should have exited their position on days seeing large buying volumes as was the case last Tuesday Nov. 21st, 2023...where share price hit .35 cents...Do feel sorry for those currently holding and for those that have bought recently...Time will tell...miracle may be required here...My Opinion...Good Luck..

hey i will answer that....because i think that all of there previous financings were like bought deals.....not this time,   best effort basis was the term,  and this  one at 30 cents even didn`t have a price even at first ,   it just said  best effort basis untill they corrected it which was very unprofessional   imo.

Its simple for me...I have seen these type of financing deals , especially with Penny Stocks..Image the investors that got in that 2022 initial financing at .16 cents and then at .30 cents...post consolidation share prices..Those investors have LOST MONEY...BIG TIME...This time, stock price is at lts lowest level at .06 cents post consolidation..This is a Penny Penny Stock, and has all the polical
