what a chit show.......thanks  art.    you know when a company settles debt with  share is a very bad sigh,imo.

That's right ..large debt,..over $550k..owed him, or should I say his numbered company. How legit is this debt and what services did his company of his provide. He already gets a very large salary over $500k, which is an outrageous amount for this Penny stock. How dumb does he think investors are ...they see this legal transfer and conversion as a means to line their pockets further with cash ...more
