What is going on here?Almost 2 months since Halleran’s first interview with MSE where the Dr. stated a financing would occur within approx..a month. At that time I believe Arthur was hoping to do a financing at the 15-20 cent level.Now we all know the SP vastly surpassed that target.So the question now is how close is the financing news and what are the conditions? Since the SP has hovered between 30-60 cents for over a month now maybe this have given Halleran other options.Time will tell.We gotta be really close :)
