RE:600 million in infrastructure I dont think book value has any relevance as they are not selling their 49% W/I.
The success of the drills and produciton then quarterly financials are what are relevant to me. 
Art has stated CF and FCF #s but again till the financials are released we will not have an exact tally on costs, netbacks and profit. 
THis should be known in Feb. '23 when they release their Q-4 (Oct-Dec.)  results which is when the first 2 wells should be in the books.
There are also exchange rate and tax implications to consider. None of these have been discussed yet and will be reflected in the financials.
