RE:RE:CONCERN Here is .."Will They Lose That Oil Block ExplorationThat $3mm in that placement news release announced was a Presidents list of prospective participates..not necessarily they be insiders..may be friends, relatives, etc and could include insiders....may not even happen...its like a reservation of the units..we will only know more once deal closes...if and when...
