Where did you hear they are in litigation? I have heard nothing of this online? Are you an insider or is this TheLandedEagles or CLOUDER who have been suspended given their constant trolling isolating TCF to benefit from their current ongoing shorts on the stock.

We all of seen this game before and all of your writing styles are the same ;)

You should ask Anson Funds how all of that worked out with them....
