Arthur Halleran, CEO, stated:
"We strongly believe that achieving a higher share price through a share consolidation will help us to broaden our institutional investor base. Following the redemption, we will introduce the company to institutions in Canada and Europe. We believe our future rests on our core assets and investors seeking exposure to the European gas markets."
 
After the roadshow, Art Halleran said that many investors offered him money, but he turned them down because TCF have enough money.

I now recommend Art Halleran to go back to the investors and accept the offers ;-).
