Anyone else doing the .165 cent financing?Trillion Energy International Inc. plans to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 60,606,060 units of Trillion at a price of 16.5 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to a maximum of $10-million. Echelon Capital Markets is acting as financial adviser to Trillion with respect to the offering. There is no minimum offering. The units will comprise one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of Trillion. Each whole warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share for 45 cents expiring two years from the date of the closing of the offering.
