CEOI can imagine this must be concerning to Art. He had it announced that departure date was September 8th. Only 3 days prior. Obviously at time of announcement, it seemed obvious their were no problems and the rig would depart Sept 8th. But something unforseen came up. This must have surprised Art and also caused him some stress. I just accepted the fact that the delay will cause anyone not long to sell and we will drop a little. But strangely, even with this second delay, the share price is mot dropping. That is a testament to what a fantastic opportunity this is. No one is leaving even with delays. Another good thing out of a second delay is all the shares will be owned by those holding. So share price will jump soon enough.
