If you feel there is an issue, send message to IIROCFor those that are upset about the constant manipulation by a number of the institutions and the fact that they clearly are getting information way before the rest of the retail market does, then stop complaining and send a message to IIROC to look into it. IIROC has to if a compaint is made, but I wouldn't expect much from them. But at least you tried something.
For those looking at the technicals, there are certainly some technicals that are not making any sense right now and should have resulted in the stock making a strong move to the upside.
