Art's proven he knows how to raise money when it's for a worthwhile purpose.
That's the difference. When you do equity financing for a worthwhile purpose
that will be
accretive to earnings, that's not
"dilution" And that's what the dim-bulbs
never seem to understand, so all they do is panic and sell when they see the
words, "Private Placement".
The biggest challenge facing Art and the BoD is keeping some Pack of Perps from
stealing Trillion on the cheap.
