Spoke to Halleran today :)
Very pleased and glad to have him taking TCF to the next level.Hoping to get approx. $20 million to put the wheels in motion.Should be no dilution to shareholders and hopefully news will pop us to new highs and more toward fair value...which is multiples above a dime!

How will they come up with $20 large if there is no dilution?

There are lots of ways to get funds raised for this type of project.Hopefully we may hear something this month....or certainly before year end. This is a major cash cow in the making.....just need the right entity on board to assist. Anyone who has done any amount of DD with TCF can see the potential.It really will take very little to turn this into a $50-100 million company :)
