They probably got a number in mind 40 cents and add 25 million shares

The last press released talked about udapting November's gas price plus undating the progress of the water issues in the three wells

there is more serious stuff, the communication from Trillion is deafing
Have you ever tried to call them or send an email [ no response in my case]

Art has basically done what he has said but the insider selling pre consolidation is not right and hopefully they are held accountable at some point [ maybe the insiders will be big buyers ]

I thought the plan was to use the money coming fro the wells for further exploration ?  Why do they need 10 milions right now ??  They promised no more dilution , no more finicning required with the 3 weels in production. I guess they lied again !!

Well  i didn`t hear  any PROMISE of no further financings. i thought thay they needed a bit more to secure the Uranus for the next drilling like they did a yearish ago.TCF makes money but they needed $10 or so up front now,the last time it was like $15 mill up front to secure  the Uranus ..wasn`t it, and like now after the roll back it is a lot easier to do this.  Last time i

Even a 5 grader would know that the dilution would of been less if they would have done the fininacing before the reverse split . OMG what a bad dilution !!   Financing at 0.06 (post split) wow great job !!!

I am wondering who will be stupid enough to invest with that management ??? Who will buy the 33 M shares at 0.30 to bring in 10m ????
