This is the prefix for each National Drug Code (NDC) on products that are manufactured and distributed by CBIO for the SaniGenix hand sanitizers. CBIO has signed an Agreement (the "Agreement") with ATSE Alliance Inc. for the non-exclusive marketing and sales rights to SaniGenix products throughout North America. The Agreement is for a term of one year and is renewable in one-year increments.
