I think what is need is a statement from politictians in charge in nevada and california as well as any other state where pot has been legalized to make a statement against sessions and there intent to protect both medical and marijuana legalization in there state regardless of the federal governments garbage. Thats what needs to happen and im sure it will there are already state senators and governors speaking out all over the place. The backlash will be huge, the state isnt going to want to miss out on that tax revenue.
