RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Good volume!Camp LOL.
Sound like Camp123 called the „ number“ !

So please tell me how much of the 3,5 million CAD Q3 is from spire in you prediction/ your guess, how much is from AMA and how much increase for infused MFG  ? I hope you got a answer ! You are bateman! Hope to see a good call from you:)

And im shure you  already recognize the  12.000 sqf extraction space from the new shopped building next to our future cultivation building Geist Avenue.

These „extract center“ needs food and this will be a good situation for the producer in Nevada to bring their „ waste“ to us. Extraction king Nevada !

and yes my guess the producers will bring it to AMA because their extracts are fu$king great. revenue with cooperatet deals with will be a win win situation.

Time will...

And Camp123....maybe you are reading this right now with a big smile in your face, you and your gang are still here, that’s for shure and my opinion.

This is a big game! That one who know to play it up and down with the pocket full of Dollars  run this game.

Q3 will Show US some more details ...

thanks again bateman !

cheers

Q1 - $2.5
Q2 - $3
Q3 - $3.5 (assumed)
Q4 - $4 (assumed)

2018 YE +/- $13m (much more generous than Sutton's 10-11m expectation)
35% Net - $4.55m
PE 30 - $136,500,000m / 222m = 0.61
And that is generous in assumption from Q3&4 earnings to YE total to net margin to PE valuation

If the facility is complete and fully operational 6 months from today, revenue will be reported for the Nov-Jan quarter (Q2 of 2019), which is required to be filed by early April of 2019. 6 months form today and fully operational would only see a partial quarters worth of revenue from expanded facilities.

If the facility is not operational by end of Jan 2019, it is assumed that it should come online sometime thereafter within the window of quarter 3 of 2019 (Feb-Apr of 2019) which would require filing by early July 2019.

With several facility expansions currently underway in NV (MM, MPX, GB to name a few of the public cco's) and licensing restrictions ending December of this year, wholesale pricing and the current margins afforded will see continued and sustained marginilization. Why do you think Sutton is now referencing a retail licence and vertical integration in his latest interview. It's the only way to ensure offset from wholesale marginilization.

With any luck, NV's latest round of retail solicitation will afford vertical integration for a lucky few. I however do not think TGIF will be one of those winners this time around.

If you require specific clarification on something, please indicate as such. Happy to converse.

Assumed original post

As one of the more intelligent contributors to the board, how would you substantiate such a drastic increase towards their valuation? The Q will be marginally better than the last, +/- $3.25m, $3.5m if lucky. This is precisely aligned with the expectations of TGIF's management. Yet you think a 25-35% increase is appropriate?

There is no speculative euphoria here, only increases in competition and shrinking margins. At $13m on the year they'd be lucky to hold a cap of $135m. That's $0.61/share at best.

2019 Q2 is the earliest you'll see any revenue from new facilities, that's if their operational and producing Nov-Jan of this year - which is a long shot at this point in time. The reality is that next June, around this time, awaiting Q3 of 2019, is when you'll finally see a full quarters worth of operational revenue.

By that time licensing will be wide open and the so called race to the bottom (drastic reduction to wholesale pricing) will be well underway.
