Revenue is down 1.2 mill yr/yr, there are 10% more shares at 340 million. I'd say a RS coming then dilution.
Cash down from 14 mill to 2 mill. I said they'd need a raise at 14 mill to cover burn. They're going to raise again.
Once upon a time I believed in the story. Loved the momentum and opportunity. Since 2017 it's been a steady flow of bad news, bad acquisitions, poor management, dilution and poor performance.
Too bad Paul and Gene weren't at the helm a long time ago.
