New updated SAFE banking act

To be reintroduced Thursday...this stand alone bill needs to be approved immediately for many political reasons and will instantly provide much needed assurance and security for many large institutions and other big $ making this space more widely attractive and accepted. 

This WILL pass with the Democrats in control and some GOP already on board!
