RE:RE:RE:Steady she sailsValid question Handy. The website has indicated the intent or goal to get to $3M U.S. per month by the end of 2021 - which would essentially be Q1-Q2 of fiscal 2022 - so assuming those were well intended and reasonably accurate projections by Rosen, that translates to $9M U.S. or about $12M CAD a quarter if achieved - wish I knew how they thought they could get there - I have to assume increasing the price for our premium products and increasing production signifianctly which appears to be well underway.
With many ways to value these MJ companies, 4-5X topline sales is a version I have seen many times. Using then at that point 400M shares and let's be conservative and say tracking for $40M annually moving forward by the end of 2021 that would put us at $0.50 per share
Even now at $3.4M or $13.6M annually (though it is already tracking for higher revenue) at 5x that revenue or $68M by let's even say using 380M shares perhaps one could say that the current share price SHOULD be about $0.18 or in otherwords or Rosen's words - we are seriously undervalued.
Factor in other positives like a quality cash balance, a restricted competition market, proven strength of management (Rosen & team), quality of product, close to profitable, etc. and you could easily add additional share price value for those points.
Open to others valuations or projections - would just appreciate any math behind them rather than just stating an estimated share price with nothing to qualify it...DFC
