Stock buyback is the only thing going to push this up and I don't see why this wouldn't be considered.
Comment by Dunworkin2 on Dec 12, 2020 8:15am
That takes cash which they don't have, and if they did, not a fan of share buy backs for TGIF. Once cash flow positive, would like to see cash invested in growing the business in a responsible manner through revenue generating new products and/or dispensaries.  I think revenue growth, cash flow positive and eventual income will move the share price.

I hate the size of the float but I could not agree with your comments more Dunworkin - absolutely spot on in my opinion...DFC

Have to get to cashflow positive, market sees this and hopefully pushes share price up, then do a raise at a higher share price, use that cash to purchase dispensaries.

A very logical approach Fogell and I would support that depending on the share price and the number of shares on the table of course - but this angle is likely near the top of their mind as it relates to, hopefully, getting into the dispensary side of things which we really need to do.  The other option of course is using debt.  Once cashflow positive, we have the ability to service debt ...more

If revenue projections are 12 to 16 million per quarter I don't see why they couldn't do both unless they are planning on constructing some massive cannabis superstore like Planet 13.
Comment by OracleOfOntario on Dec 12, 2020 4:29pm
Dispensaries are not part of the game plan. 1933 is all about brands and it's likely to stay that way. Why you may ask. Because it allows them to sell their array of products in the major players like Planet 13, Essence, and Reef without directly competing with them. There are huge overheads with operating brick and mortar retail. More expenses is the last thing 1933 needs in the foreseeable ...more

I see it differently, but totally respect your opinion Oracle of O.  And there is nobody here who can say that your suggested approach is necessarily wrong...this is why we are having these exchanges - respectful discussions about ideas and strategies...perfect...DFC
Comment by Fogell on Dec 12, 2020 5:57pm
I agree with Oracle about the brands strategy. That was always the plan at 1933 and if it is executed at scale, it is the most advantageous. But the problem with this company had been incompetence and lack of execution, that has derailed the brands strategy. 1933 is in those brick and mortar retail stores mentioned above.. but we are going to see if it's the scale of the new facility and ...more

I would definitely like to see at least one dispensary in the strip area. I don't think a single dispensary would create too much competition between 1933 Industries and the others dispensaries they sell to. I also think they should create a Friday Night line.
Comment by freerider1985 on Dec 14, 2020 11:24am
Or better they should change the name back to Friday night when they become profitable .1933 reminds Chris legacy - big downturn and nobody really like it.
Comment by Dillinger4 on Dec 14, 2020 11:38am
I agree. When they dumped Friday Night Inc. I almost flushed all of my shares down the tiolet.
