Rosen's (recent) Greatest Hits...
For those who did not take the 38 minutes out of their life to listen to the Green Peak podcast from last month, I wanted to give the Coles notes version of my favourites from the lips of Rosen from that piece...I am not a professional note taker - but it went something like this:
1. "We have a substantial cultivation asset producing, in my opinion, some of the BEST if not THE BEST indoor grown flower in Las Vegas."
2. "I am excited about what we accomplished."
3. "There are about $4.5M left from the $13M conv.debs. - I am CONFIDENT that ALL debs WILL convert."
4. "We have seen an increase in sales EVERY month since September."
5. "We have MORE capacity coming on line."
6. "We are a better run company today than we were a year ago - in so many ways...our balance sheet is better...the quality of our products is better...the operations supporting those products are better."
7. "Getting a bought deal done was a referendum that we are moving in the right direction."
8. "I think our stock is undervalued."
9. "All I can do is vote with my wallet...on our bought deal I participated."
10. "I still have capital to deploy - where do I think there is a HIGH potential for return? My answer was 1933...I had no trouble re-upping."
11. "This is the THIRD time I have invested in the company."
12. This one is my personal favourite..."I wanted to tell the shareholders I am ride or die with you."
13. There was a description of his selfless salary situation that others have already posted about but suffice to say that the dude is NOT in it for the wage - he is in it for the share price.
14. As it relates to expansion "Until we make a great success out of Nevada it would be downright irresponsible to seek to become an MSO...do I want to become and MSO? OF COURSE!
15. "My view is from a solid foundation it is easy to grow."
16. "Whether we become an MSO or not, we CAN create shareholder value in Nevada by optimizing the full asset base we have."
17. "If we execute well we could become quite a profitable company."
That covers my preferred words...looking forward to the weeks and months ahead...including earnings right around the corner...in my opinion, with this continued path - whether it is 3 months 6 motnhs or 1 year from now - this will NOT be an $0.115 cent stock - this baby should climb...and hopefully for all of us - substantially...Cheers...DFC

Thank you for this summary! Rosen is like the DeepF.uckingValue of 1933! He's in this to make money like all of us. Not often the biggest shareholder steps in and runs sh1t himself after he could not tolerate the previous buffoons that were running this. Bonus that he has experience in the cannabis world.

The transporter well said brother. Dfc with possibly the best post in 1933's stockhouse history. That right there was a 1933 Sunday evolution and visionary post. In Rosen we trust... or is it in dfc, with these almost too well thought out and articulated posts. GLTA 1933 HODLERS
