I was agreeing with you until I read this paragraph

Because nobody knows what the fu-ck is happening with THC BioMed’s sales license, is why. Here’s their news from today, that the license has been ‘amended,’ and if it clarifies anything for you, you’re a star.

I am surprised someone like CP doesn't know that how HC issues its license. You get a production license. Then the license get's amended when you get approved for sale. That's how it's done for every other LP who got their license. I would take any advice from CP, this is guy who has been bashing Tweed when they first started. He also said then the company will fail. Now Tweed is the most valuable LP out there. I made allot of money owning Tweed. I'm glad I ignored CP advice.
