A good expansion still needs to be done. If the current clientel LPS are having a hard time keeping up. Then why would they not expand? It takes time to expand and companies getting ready for that and have done their DD with it. Problem is that with THC you do not know what they have in mind for REC because they seem to not even talk about it lol. Other LPS made clear their postion.
