He has gone on the record as saying , "although during the campaign I thought store front sales would be a good choice, I believe now that the previous agreement of a marijuana control board a government run stores including on line will be the model we are following " And that much in the future after consulting with cacus we may see some changes . Im sure not unlike anything else that is about to happen . So they are free to disclose now anyone thinking otherwise are only making excuses. That being said , if he's a particularly partisan Premier THC wont be in the mix because of George Smitherman. Something tells me that THC and no capacity will be a bigger factor. If they continue down the path of lets let it grow organically unfortunate the contracts will be awarded and then some time latte they will have capacity ,its a to little to late thing. So if your thinking  this is about the Ontario Government its not its about about THC.
