On March 13, 2024, THC BioMed announced that it has changed its auditor from Baker Tilly WM LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (the “Former Auditor”) to Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (the “Successor Auditor”) effective March 8, 2024. At the request of THC BioMed, the Former Auditor resigned as auditor for THC BioMed effective March 8, 2024, and the board of directors of THC BioMed appointed the Successor Auditor as the replacement auditor for THC BioMed effective March 8, 2024, until THC BioMed’s next annual general meeting.
