GTA Resources and Mining Inc. is a Canada-based exploration-stage company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The Company's properties include Northshore property, Auden property and Burnt Pond Property. The Northshore Property is located approximately four kilometers south of the town of Schreiber in Ontario and approximately 70 kilometers west along the Trans-Canada Highway from the Hemlo gold deposit in the Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt. The Auden Property is located north of Highway 11 between the towns of Hearst and Longlac, in northern Ontario. The Auden Property consists of approximately 1,690 claim units covering over 25,000 hectares and the property covers an entire Archean aged greenstone belt. The Company consists of approximately 20 claim units of a mineral property known as the Burnt Pond Property, which is located in Central Newfoundland. Additionally, the Company also holds interest in over five claim units.
