It is interesting that the share price for TMAS and EV have aligned.

EV has 2.5 times the share/warrants outstanding and only has 50% of the boron property. TMAS has 50% of the boron property, the extraction technologies and the properties in Quebec. The market cap is 1/2 of EV's.

I believe EV is very undervalued which means TMAS is that much more of a bargain.

I know the market runs on emotion, but doing a little math every now and then doesn't hurt.
