today is the day w/o Boron project. Mr. Hardy is in the lead now for critical elements discovery and the green mineral recovery technologies. This is really interesting now. Drilling results are pending on La Blache. Hopefully we will get a business schedule from the new CEO about 2023. Good luck to you all. 

The share price is alive and as said imho I am looking that the value getting back to 8-10 Cents in Q1. Depends on the outcome and future plans of the Mr. Hardy and Mr. Schaefer. Fingers crossed.

TEMAS RESOURCES ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF PISKANJA BORON PROJECT OPTION AGREEMENT AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Temas Resources Corp. has terminated its option and joint venture agreement with Erin Ventures Inc. for the joint development of Erin's Piskanja borate project. In accordance with the option agreement, Temas has given notice to Erin for the termination of the option agreement, which will be effective Jan. 22, 2023.


the early days in 2023 the shares of TEMAS are alive again. 
Imho, Mr. Hardy has the will to turn this into more business activity
on Green Mining and is looking at the expenses.

TEMAS RESOURCES MAKES ADDITIONAL MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Temas Resources Corp. has made the following change to its management structure.

The company has eliminated the executive chairman role from its management structure that Robert (Bob) Schaefer was occupying, effective Jan. 10, 2023. Mr. Schaefer has served on the board and as executive chairman since November, 2021, and will continue as a director.
