In the time I have been watching Hemplify and Tinley they have often spoken about how these products can be made on any bottling line with free time or spare capacity.

The company is able to provide any unique equipment and ingredients or formulations for the beverage they are making on that particular run.

Long story short, they should be able to have Tinley/hemplify made in any bottling plant in any jurisdiction to serve the local markets.
