Only a matter of time... I emailed Jeff this morning inquiring about a couple items and he responded promptly, within 10 minutes actually. I have copied the email below and is a brief update on the questions regarding Amazon availability of Hemplify, Tunley 27 update, & 7-11 in south Cali.
Take it for what it's worth, but I have great confidence in Jeff and his team as well as a bright future soon to come. GLTA and hope you have your shares ready to not miss when this starts to go
Hi ,
Thanks for your note.
Amazon revised its policy regarding CBD, so Hemplify and other products that said CBD either on the label or in product descriptions/reviews got removed. We have been approved for re-listing, however, given our product is labeled as hemp extract, rather than CBD. The listing for this and the creamer should hopefully be showing up soon. We remain listed on luckyvitamin.comand other third party sites, as well as our own, and expect to increase the number of third-party sites as well. This, by the way, is why Hemplify and the new creamer have always been labeled as hemp extract rather than CBD. Hemp extract is a natural plant product that typically contains CBD along with many other nutrients (e.g. terpenes, essential oils and other cannabinoids and plant constituents), while "CBD" can be synthetic and does not necessarily contain any of the other nutrients. Some CBD products can also be cannabis-derived (i.e. non-hemp) which would make it only eligible for sale in dispensaries rather than mainstream stores. Pure CBD is the subject of clinical trials and likely to become a prescription drug, while hemp extract should remain a natural plant product. We have always played on the side of caution and compliance, which is why Hemplify is in so many premium stores while other CBD products are not. Consumers are also increasingly becoming aware that hemp extract is preferable to pure CBD because of all the additional nutrients, so using the full extract is gradually becoming a marketing benefit as well.
We've outlined our convenience store chain relationships in past press releases. We conducted a trial with several franchise owners and most of the stores expressed interest in continuing to carry the product. I don't like to set too many investor expectations because it's still very early days, but can confirm we've had reorders and are having the buyer conversations.
As for Tinley '27, I'll have to disclose the status in a press release, however the photos on social media of three days of solid lineups at our booth at the Cannabis Cup while neighbouring booths were quiet should be indicative of consumer interest.
Thanks for all your support.
Best regards,
Jeff

Subject: Investor question
Hello,
I have been invested in Tinley for sometime now and think the management team has been doing a great job to date. Jeff is a great leader.
I am excited for what the future holds and think there is a great deal of potential.
I had a couple questions I was hoping for feedback on -
I do not see Hemplify on Amazon anymore. Is there a reason, is it out of stock, or otherwise?
How is the new Tinley 27 product line progressing?
There is a lot of rumours floating around on the 7/11 picture on Instagram. Call a southern Cali agreement be confirmed?
Thanks very much and look forward to an exciting future together!
