RE:Under Promise and Over DeliverYes, Jeff has always been like this. He is completely against hyping up the stock price like many other micro cap weed stocks do. There is a lot more than meets the eye here. Like somebody posted before, Tinley's stock is going to go from 0 to 100 very quickly once the dominoes start to fall. I would much rather own all of the shares I can get right now than wait until the price starts to move.
