Would that not also imply (illegaly) that adult use would also be ready too. They had products ready April canabis cup. I’m sure they have had the collective testing it along the way. What other reason other than getting thc did these guys set up the collective. These guys are not dummies they know exactly what they are doing. I’m sure the Lawyers are advising them in the right path to prevent complications.
