RE:what if it's not LA we're waiting on. I raised this same point awhile back and no valid reference to confirm this was provided or responded to. I think everybody put TNY & LA together as it made sense as there was no roll out and LA was delayed in licensing. Makes sense timing wise & logistically with location of LA & distribution routes.
Should be looking north to San Fran area...There are several bottling facilities located there with a coke facility closing in recent years with production of about 9 million bottles a year. Upgraded to 10-15 potentially if you know where I'm going? Speculating of course, but do have insight to the area from a previous mail from Jeff. 
I think there is lots going on behind the scenes and don't want to speculate too much but think it is more than just the license IMO. If things were off the rails we would know about it, silence is deafening to the board right now. I think that is appropriate to what is happening lately here but could be off course, not an English major... Lol.
