There is a reason they went out for the amount they did and it isn't to not fulfill their goal. There is a plan and I don't think It was xx amount of dollars sitting in the bank for a rainy day. Something will be affected in the short term.
Expansion will not happen until at least such time they are established in their own facility with all flavours in production wth any bugs worked out. I only say this because Jeff (& team) are very meticulous in execution and Cali is their current focus.
