Federalism Approach means......Looking for thoughts on what is meant to a "federalism" approach to resolve the federal versus state stand-off once and for all.
To me this means Congress will introduce a bill to remove marijuana from the federal controlled substance laws and therefore leave the regulation of marijuana to each individual state. This does not mean marijuana will suddenly become legal in all fifty states. Nevertheless this to me is the motherlode domino to fall because it will open up the flood gate of investors currently sitting on the sidelines and the trend is clearly our friend in terms of more states authorizing the retail sale of cannibis products.
If the federal threat is finally removed in a federalism manner as described above and if Tinley's products are well received in this new marketplace this can literally have a wealth altering impact for current TNY stockholders.
