RE:RE:RE:RE:Phase 2 facilityA month or two ago, Tinley mentioned or strongly implied in a news release that the portable equipment in the Coachella Valley plant would go to Nevada.  That was the plan then, and they haven't dropped any hints about that changing yet.  I agree that New York has more population and tourists, however they are still just talking about legalization still, whereas Nevada has been legal for at least a year now.  I was thinking that Tinley would like to keep their first expansion close to monitor and send people out to help if needed.  However, at least one of the plants in Canada will be in Ontario or Eastern Canada, and that is almost as far away New York. 
One interesting fact I read is that New York will not allow dried flower to be sold, only oils and edibles.  They don't want people smoking it.
