RE:I have the feeling

RE:I have the feelingThis is not the first time I've read you saying Tinley needs to ramp up with advertising however in your same posts you say "I know that there are rules and regulations in regards to advertising vice type products" . As far as I can tell the rules against advertising are quite restrictive and even in cases where it is not specifically banned the providers of these outlets, TV, Radio and Web often have decided on their own not to do it. You can't do any national advertising as it is illegal in many states. I admit I watch little network television but how many adds for Canopy have you seen on TV in Canada, where Canopy has all they funds they need and operate in a Federally legal climate. While we all would like people to know about our little secret in Tinley I think the promotion doesn't happen until they get the copackers up and running and hopefully there are names attached that bring in their own attention. New investors will also come with news of Canada expansion (again assuming it is with a supplier of note). Not sure if there are any readers here from Cali, but maybe you could let us know if you are seeing other Cannabis companies advertising on TV there.

geodcan wrote: that Tinley is the best kept secret despite our efforts.  Our team seems to be doing everything right to formulate and introduce our products while building mainstream bricks and mortar in a field where the rules are subject to repeated change.  Tinley imho has done wonders with formulated, market tested and tweaked products and even saw the future for sober-curious and stand alone, so far, with these products.  I invested in Tinley because I saw the same thing that our team saw, that the world is ready for a new alternative vice and beverages are going to be where the money is made.  They have also responded to market demand for the sober curious adult style beverages and have stuck with what they know which is beverages.  We have an amazing team of beverage professionals that seem to be doing all the right things while staying pure beverage.  What is missing for me as an investor is conventional promotion by television media.  In the greater scheme of things, we are relatively unknown for what we are and the products we have formulated and won some awards for.  I know that there are rules and regulations in regards to advertising vice type products but I want to see a couple of tv ads that are worthy of the team we have, who have done this before for softdrinks and Big Alcohol.  I understand that Jeff has built this company frugally with great value for dollars raised and done it in a reasonable time frame given that the rules were subject to change.  It is clear to me that California is first on the agenda and we have announced a roll out date for Canada.  I guess we are holding out on promotion until the system is functional.  I know that there is work going on because I see newly formulated products on our website, updated websites and our perseverence has our bottling facility approved for start-up.  There have also been teasers in regards to our formulators working on co-bottler products and to capitalize on our formulating expertise which I have to believe we excel at by comparison to Canopy's ability.  Canopy got a lot of products on shelves in record time, none of which I would vote for as "good" products.  Maybe we are going to wait 'til the US greenrush gets launched properly.  In the meantime, I will continue with my mostly positive posts, while being an armchair opinionated investor willing to share where I think we are going with this.  glta and dyodd
