With this new filing from November 18th (last 2 pictures of the post), it is now registered at the LONG BEACH address + with the addition of Ted Z, Manish K and Doug F as Secretary, CFO and Director respectively... It appears as though Tinley's management have already assumed positions at Lakewood Libations and the merger/takeover for a nominal fee has already happened!

Beckett's store count in Alberta Canada has dropped considerably, very noticeable decrease in store locations for all products including the single serves. However, it appears as though there's a glitch on liquorconnect displaying different numbers, as and example, The Paloma shows 79 locations which would be an increase of 6 locations over the previous month, and if you refresh the page it will show 25, and similar for other products. smh..

Would it not boost investor confidence? Would it not boost the share price or at least stop it from going lower? These are rhetorical questions, most already know the answers. Correction, a couple of us know and more will follow!

Combine that with the 300k+ they save by sh*tcanning Maser, and they might only need 2 PPs next year to keep the lights on while they wait for legalization and interstate. I think they have shut everything down to a crawl because Cali turned out to be a difficult market. They will only succeed when they are allowed to ship to other states. And of course if they ever get the canning line, distro license, pasteurizer and control of Lakewood.
