They need money ( although they shouldn't if we believe the bull that Beckett's is the Savior and selling like crazy)and no one will buy in a these prices for a pp. So what's left? A reverse split, followed by a PP. That is what is down the pipe, as opposed to NDAs for 30-50 copakers. NdAs (fake or real, one can't verify!) are an easy way to not have to answer any questions from investors. A great former poster once said, this smells like EAT all over..they were born together and will die together.

All of these guys have made their bones in their prospective lines and Rick got pulled out of retirement (I think) to carry California.

I don't think money is an issue for any of them or Jeff for that matter.  Tough to get motivated if your on easy-street.  I'm thinking that maybe they should have reigned Jeff in sooner than let all of the misses on dates and development stack up to the degree that they did.

There were changes to the original business plan along the way but also some monumental change-ups like our own bottling facility.

It took some time and I think we lost a lot of our first strike advantage but we have some nice looking skus, a bottling facility that already needs upgrading, beverage professionals in management, co-bottlers lined up, IP for cannabinoid beverages, licenses to manufacture and for the most part it is all paid for, so little debt and shareholder dilution.

I am following other prospective infused beverage companies that are full of promise but struggling to get there.  Hexo comes to mind and they have some pretty big backers.  BEV, FLOW and AYR are others playing in the same sandbox, having the same struggles as experienced by Tinley, but we also have some other heavyweights on our donkey like STZ/CGC/WEED/ACRG/TER and Gage ganging up to eat our lunch.

Investors here need to watch and assess how our team is playing and if we have a chance to get to the finals.  We may need to bring in a couple of ringers to advance or just a buy-out with new players.

Until we get that spark for ignition of the US greenrush we are going to continue to smolder.  Too bad the politicians won't deal with this issue!
