RE:RE:Buy Before The Jones Soda PR...

RE:RE:Buy Before The Jones Soda PR...Both deals have probably been in discussion for some time. It is no coincidence they both closed at about the same time. A big company like Jones with a brand and distribution all over North America would not risk their reputation by dealing with the three amigos who dont know how to operate their own bottling lines. Your talk of "back pocket" and "stars align" is just scary talk that doesn't mean anything. Algonquin Lakewood and all the other subsidiaries have been included as 100% subsidiaries all along because the company has owned 100% of all of them the whole time including Lakewood because if they didn't have the option to buy it for almost nothing then they would have to report the amount. Blaze and Jones know each other and Blaze has many more big names to drop. Blaze and Jones are big deals dude and the three amigos are now the three lame ducks who cant stop the company from growing.
